This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Udaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting the company's products and services, and providing personalized assistance and support to members. They will also handle member inquiries, address complaints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive member engagement and loyalty.

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
