We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager - Insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the Indian job market context and a proven track record of success in managing client relationships in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance brokers, and other stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities within existing client base
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients on insurance products, policies, and claims procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Prepare and present reports on client portfolios and performance metrics to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in relationship management in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, policies, and claims procedures
