Preferred RM ( HNI Clients )

Responsible to handle a team of Preferred clients for the bank , Acquisition of new clients ,increase the wallet share by cross selling all financial products and generate the revenue.

Imperia Relationship Manager (Super HNI Client base)

Responsible to handle a team of Imperiaclients for the bank , Acquisition of new clients ,increase the wallet share by cross selling all financial products and generate the revenue.

Job Requirements

Develop trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients to mitigate the risk of client attrition to competitors.

2)Gain a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

3)Continuously propose solutions that align with customer objectives to expand existing relationships.

4)Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.

5)Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams.

6)Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

7)Contribute significantly to generating new sales and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

8)Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Only females or Immediate joiners male candidates can be considered for Bangalore

Looking for candidates with good experience in Banking , Insurance, NBFCs , Specially those who are good at managing the HNI Clients , high preference to candiates from Bancassurance people also - The only difference from Preferred and imperia is the level of clients they are handling , Preferred will handle clients with app 15 lak balance , Imperia will look at people from more than 30 lak.

Incentives are really huge on a quarter basis, They will get relatively a larger portfolio also,, its easy to sell as well.
