Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Home First Finance Company (HFFC) in Jaipur. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their home loan requirements, and guiding them through the loan application process. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement, provide updates to customers, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to understand and analyze financial data
- Knowledge of the home loan industry and regulatory requirements
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial sector or a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in local language(s) is desirable
