Job Description

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients: regular communication, responding to client inquiries and requests, and addressing any issues that arise
  • Understanding client needs and requirements: understanding of the client's needs, goals, and objectives in order to provide relevant and effective solutions
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: identify new business opportunities, such as upselling existing products or services, and work with the sales team to close new deals
  • Providing excellent customer service: ensuring that clients are satisfied with the products and services they receive
  • Collaborating with internal teams: work closely with other internal teams, such as the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure that clients receive a seamless and positive experience
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments: stay informed about industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant advice and recommendations to clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
