Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth We are seeking a talented and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager, also known as Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and maximizing revenue potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking and secure new business opportunities.

2. Attending conferences, meetings, events in which Finnovate participates. Network with potential clients at the events.

3. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

4. Execute a strategic sales plan that helps in business acquisition and achieve revenue targets.

5. Achieve personal as well as team targets.

6. Grow long-lasting relationships that address the client's needs. Drive referrals from the existing clients.

7. Helping the sales team in conversions by going on joint meetings during closures.

8. Monitor and analyze sales team performance and customer feedback to continuously optimize sales strategies.

9. Preparing MIS sales performance reports and present it to the management.

10. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including advisory, research, and customer success, to align strategies and deliver holistic solutions to clients.

11. Develop and deliver customized sales training programs to the business development team.

12. Conducting workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and provide actionable feedback to help sales teams improve their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their targets.

13. Staying ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs and develop winning sales strategies that give us a competitive edge.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

1. Proven track record of success in sales/business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

4. Exhibit leadership skills to lead the sales team to achieve their targets.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from sales data and make informed decisions.

6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to exceed targets.

7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field (MBA-Finance/Marketing preferred). Having a CFP certification will be an added advantage. Minimum 6-7 years of experience required.
