About the role:- Develop a strong relationship with schools.
Communicate with schools to identify and clarify program requirements, scope, and objectives.- Ensure that clients needs are met.
Prepare and manage program delivery documents.
- Provide monthly reports to the schools.
Monitor the progress of program delivery and address any issues that arise.- Manage a team of faculty.
Conduct regular visits to schools within Tamil Nadu.
A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
3-5 years of experience (preferably in a school setting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic music knowledge is an added advantage.
