Job Description

A. Position Title: Relationship Manager / Senior RM / Executive RM / Assistant Business Manager / Deputy BM

B. Internal Designation: Executive / Sr Executive

C. Job Role: Relationship Manager

D. Reporting to: Business Manager

E. Sub LOB / Department: Bancassurance & FINCARE

F. Location: Branch Offices-Pathanmthitta, Kerala

G. Experience: At least 6 months of relevant sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry (Bancassurance experience is highly preferred).

H. CTC: Rs. 3.00 LPA to 6.25 LPA on case to case basis plus performance based Incentives.

I. Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline

J. Job Purpose:

  • To drive business through Channel Partners, branch staff, and the distribution network, ensuring that sales and service goals are met and the bancassurance business grows efficiently.

  1. Lead Generation & Business Development:
  2. After-Sales Service & Upselling:
  3. Branch Staff Activation:
  4. Training & Skill Development:
  5. Business Target Management:

L. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Monthly MWPI Target Achievements: Achieve 100% of the Monthly MWPI (Monthly Work Performance Indicator) target for issuance.
  2. Branch Activation Rate: Achieve a branch activation rate of >60% every quarter.
  3. Persistency Rate: Ensure 13th-month persistency is above 80% for policy renewals and customer retention.
  4. NOP Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the NOP (New Business Opportunity) targets as set by the management.
