Job Description

A. Job Title: Relationship Manager - Direct Sales

B. Department: Direct Sales

C. Location: Mangaluru, Karnataka

D. Industry: Insurance

E.Position: 5

F. Experience: 1-5 Years in Sales (Preferably from Life Insurance Sales / sales experience from Broking Channel Sector). Candidates having life insurance product knowledge will be an added advantage

G. Experience: At least 6 months of relevant sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry (Bancassurance experience is highly preferred).

H. CTC: Rs. 3.00 LPA to 6.25 LPA on case to case basis plus performance based Incentives.

  • To offer customized insurance solutions to customers, addressing their financial needs, and acting as a key interface between the customer and the company, ensuring a smooth and productive sales process.

  1. New Business Target Achievement: 100%
  2. Ensure complete achievement of new business goals within assigned targets.
  3. Renewal Business Achievement: 85%
  4. Maintain a high percentage of renewal business, ensuring long-term customer retention.
