Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Fintech strategic plan.
Oversee daily operations and program management.
Represent the company to clients, partners, and the public, creating a positive first impression for everyone
Report to and work closely with the directors, Prepare and present reports
Represent the company at community events and meetings.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
Coordinate marketing and public relations efforts.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure transparency and accountability in all operations.
Oversee the development and implementation of new programs for Women's empowerment
Collaborate with the companys management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions
Establishing a vision for the department, and making key business decisions
Setting strategic objectives, allocating resources, and developing business strategies
Improving operational efficiencies and putting plans into motion to support the livelihood generation programs
