About the Role:
As a Relationship Manager at FinLender, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong connections with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction by understanding their financial needs and aligning our services to meet those requirements. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals, generate leads, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
o Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial goals, and ensuring seamless communication.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating on their behalf within the organization to ensure their expectations are met.
o Utilize market research, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.
o Actively generate leads and pursue sales opportunities for acquiring new clients.
o Present sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
o Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
o Work on Debt/Distressed Financing proposals with a strong understanding of debt and distressed funding.
o Analyze and prepare generic industry, market, and specific company overviews.
o Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling FinLender financial services.
o Coordinate with channel partners and the clients to ensure the smooth processing of funding proposals.
o Ensure compliance with all channel partners and clients.
o Create and maintain various deal documents, including information memoranda and teasers.
o Support clients in financial due diligence processes during loan sanctioning activities.
o Proactively communicate with lenders, investors, business partners, and internal teams to ensure transaction closure.
o Collaborate with internal teams to tailor financial solutions that address clients unique challenges and objectives.
o Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
o Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and business partners
