Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our branch banking team as a CASA Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and to provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of banking products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with walk-in customers to understand their banking needs and promote CASA products.
- Achieve monthly targets for CASA acquisition and cross-selling of banking products.
- Collaborate with other branch team members to achieve overall branch targets and objectives.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities to drive CASA growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services, with a focus on CASA products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
