Job Description

Here's what you will do -

Manage and enhance relationships with VIP clients

Work closely with various departments to ensure exceptional service for VIP clients.

Provide personalized service to meet the unique needs of VIP clients.

Monitor and analyze VIP client feedback to improve service delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in VIP client management.

Communicate closely with VIP-clients, through various communication channels: WhatsApp,

incoming calls, online chats, and e-Mail

Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, and search for

opportunities to improve customer experience

Analyze customer accounts and create an activation plan for each individual customer

Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation

Work on increasing the amount of deposits/GMV of VIP clients

Monitoring the performance of clients and proactively target clients to increase performance

Monitoring day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a

positive customer experience

Must - Have Skills:

Customer Support Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with 6 months of experience in

customer support roles, showcasing your ability to provide exceptional service and resolve

inquiries effectively

Account Management: Sales, or Player Development Background: With 6 months of experience

in roles related to account management, sales, or player development within RMG indusry

CRM Software Proficiency: Experience working with CRM software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk,

Salesforce, or similar platforms

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to captivate audiences through various channels,

fostering strong connections and driving positive outcomes

Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Energized by achieving growth targets, demonstrating

commitment to success and exceeding expectations

Problem-Solving and Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills

Proven Track Record: Successful implementation and scaling of engagement initiatives with

customers

Passion for Gaming: Deep understanding and enthusiasm for games, connecting with customers

on a personal level
