We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager SME to join our team, specializing in SME insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our SME insurance offerings.
Role and Responsibilities:
- know how to connect with team and develop the Agent data base
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for SME insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with a deep knowledge of SME insurance products and services provided by the company.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and generate accurate reports.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in the SME insurance sector.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
