Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the local real estate market.
Identify and target new market opportunities in Kurla, Tilak Nagar, Ghatkopar, and Chembur.
Sales Conversion:
Convert leads into successful business deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Address client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:12th and graduate
Experience:
1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
