Job responsibilities:
- Execute direct enterprise strategy in the local market, drive sales and business development activities
- Segment and prioritize local prospective clients in collaboration with the Regional Manager
- Deliver revenue objectives monthly, quarterly and annually through personal effort
- Deliver revenue growth by adding new clients to the portfolio every quarter and engaging customers to adopt new offerings from cult
- Proactively engage prospective clients to establish relationships and understand their needs
- Own the city revenue targets and forecast a solid pipeline to conversion
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure
- Outbound lead generation by exploring multiple channels like cold calls, city campaigns, events, walk-ins
- Work closely with Marketing to drive market development and client education through marketing, client events & PR activities
- Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s) Salesforce
- Support and share know-how with other team members to reach business goals and revenue objectives
- Show effective leadership in your market
Expectations:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in Hospitality or Real Estate
- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
- Experience in fast-growing startups will be an added plus
- Solid business development & acquisition experience
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally
