Job responsibilities:

  • Execute direct enterprise strategy in the local market, drive sales and business development activities
  • Segment and prioritize local prospective clients in collaboration with the Regional Manager
  • Deliver revenue objectives monthly, quarterly and annually through personal effort
  • Deliver revenue growth by adding new clients to the portfolio every quarter and engaging customers to adopt new offerings from cult
  • Proactively engage prospective clients to establish relationships and understand their needs
  • Own the city revenue targets and forecast a solid pipeline to conversion
  • Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure
  • Outbound lead generation by exploring multiple channels like cold calls, city campaigns, events, walk-ins
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive market development and client education through marketing, client events & PR activities
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s) Salesforce
  • Support and share know-how with other team members to reach business goals and revenue objectives
  • Show effective leadership in your market

Expectations:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in Hospitality or Real Estate
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Experience in fast-growing startups will be an added plus
  • Solid business development & acquisition experience
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally
