Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships. This role involves advising clients on our range of investment products, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Investment Advisory:
  • Provide clients with comprehensive advice on AC Agarwal's investment products and services.
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend investment strategies to maximize returns.
  • Stay updated on market trends and financial products to offer informed advice.
  • Needs Assessment:
  • Understand and document client requirements both from a service and investment perspective.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Customize investment solutions to meet individual client needs.
  • Service Excellence:
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on their investments and market performance.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell AC Agarwal's products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of stock markets and investment products is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
