Job Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your main goal will be to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions to help them succeed in their business. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience requirement (1 to 3 years). The job location is Panchkula, Haryana, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Roles and Responsibilites
Identify New Sales leads.
Must have laptop and own vehicle
Field Sales
Prospect for new Clients by networking.
Cold Calling.
Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
