Roles and Responsibilities:
We are actively seeking experienced candidates for the Relationship Executive role within our field sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities
- Area/Geography Mapping Conduct lane-to-lane/area mapping regularly Work with supervisor for mapping execution Identify new sources in allocated areas Report progress during team huddles
- Source Relationship Management Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources Understand source potential Monitor and maintain LSR, SLR, and MS ratios Utilize relationship-building tools effectively
- Sales and Business Development Develop client relationships for Home Loans and LAP Plan market activities with Branch Manager Maintain daily sales reports and lead updates Achieve monthly productivity targets Focus on customer satisfaction for retention and referrals
- Reports Management Maintain accurate and timely reporting
