- Financial & Operational Know-How:
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Develop negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ensure efficient loan processing for strong customer relationships and portfolio health.
- Credit Quality Assurance:
- Implement effective portfolio selection and pre-screening.
- Collaborate with the Risk team to minimize NPAs.
- Drive efficient sales operations while maintaining credit quality.
- Compliance in Sales Operations:
- Ensure compliant sales operations despite sales pressures and market cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Skills: Commercial acumen, communication, product-market awareness, execution.
- Education & Experience: Graduate with 0-2 years of sales experience in Banking/NBFC (3-4 years for Senior Sales Officer).
Principal Accountabilities
- Sales Planning & Operations:
- Plan and execute sales operations with the Sales Manager.
- Monitor local market trends and adjust strategies.
- Compile periodic MIS reports.
- Customer Acquisition/Engagement:
- Work on client relationship origination and maintenance.
- Communicate product benefits effectively to customers.
- Address customer complaints, escalating critical cases as needed.
- Operational Effectiveness:
- Execute operations across the Customer Lifecycle.
- Focus on distribution channels and interface with stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for operational effectiveness and sales performance.
- Self-Development & Internal Stakeholder Management:
- Attend relevant training sessions and engage in self-development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations and target achievement.
- Portfolio & Risk Management:
- Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams for risk management.
- Maintain compliant sales operations.
- Compile accurate MIS on NPAs and credit trends
