HIRING FOR A REGULATORY AFFAIRS MANAGER FROM THE COSMETIC INDUSTRY SPECIFICALLY

LOCATION: SAKI NAKA, ANDHERI EAST

EXPERIENCE:5 years in Regulatory Affairs in the ROW market

SALARY: Upto 8 LPA (depending on candidate's caliber)

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regulatory Affairs Manager in Saki Naka, Andheri East. The Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, manage regulatory requirements, oversee regulatory submissions, and maintain quality systems daily on a global level.

The ideal candidate must be able to carry out the following responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance & Global Management
2. Licensing & Product Registration
3. CAPA Coordination with Factory
4. Technical Documentation
5. Product Compliance and Risk Assessment
6. Cross-functional Coordination
7. Audits and Inspections
8. Labeling and Documentation Control

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years in regulatory affairs within the colors, pigmentation, or dye industry with a strong understanding of global regulatory requirements.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in regulatory standards and technical documentation requirements; familiarity with KAPA processes.

• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex documentation.

• Location Flexibility: Ability to work from Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai.
