Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regulatory Affairs Executive at Velnik India Limited in Indore. The Regulatory Affairs Executive will be responsible for tasks such as regulatory documentation, meeting regulatory requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing dossiers, and overall regulatory affairs management.

Qualifications

• Regulatory Documentation, Dossier Preparation, and Regulatory Affairs skills
• Experience in understanding and meeting Regulatory Requirements and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
• Attention to detail and ability to work with regulatory standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related disciplines
• Relevant certifications in regulatory affairs would be a plus

Position Overview: As a Cosmetics Compliance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Velnik India Limited's beauty and personal care products comply with regulatory requirements in India and the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. You will be responsible for managing regulatory compliance for both new and existing products, reviewing product ingredients, formulations, packaging, and ensuring adherence to both local and international regulations. Your expertise will be key in mitigating regulatory risks, preparing product dossiers, and leading the submission processes with regulatory authorities to ensure timely product approvals.
