Core Role: As the Regional Species Marketing Manager Poultry, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the main strategy of our organisation. Your primary focus will be driving sales performance and aligning with our business objectives. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence
Responsibilities. Strategy Crafting: Develop, refine, and communicate the overarching strategy for our species. This includes identifying growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and long-term vision
Sales Performance Follow-Up: Monitor sales metrics, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
Performance Metrics: Define KPIs, track performance, and report on progress to senior leadership
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions
Customer Intelligence: Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Leverage customer insights to enhance our offerings
Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall strategy and drive sales
Training and Development: Provide training to the sales team, equipping them with the

GSM and SBU Liaison: This person acts as the main point of contact between the Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) and Specialities Business Units (SBUs)
