- Benchmarking our products with competition (Direct and Indirect) in respective region.
- Tracking of new project launches in respective region and preparing proposal for Speciality Product in initial stage.
Influencer and Event Management
Participating in various construction events, seminars and manage lead generated.
Engaging with Key Influencer like RCC Consultants, Architects, PMC, Government bodies etc. to understand expectations from industry and propose solution through Speciality Products.
Sales Management & Order Planning Management
(R) Visit site frequently to meet the concerned site incharge, project managers, influencers and various agencies during project planning & execution and build rapport to execute a smooth flow of operation
Analyze the lost orders and make preventive/corrective plan to avoid the same in future.
Ensure closure of sales targets (as per role specific KPIs and targets) within the price range for Speciality Product.
Monitor Daily customer wise, product wise sales and collection data.
Engaging with Sales Team for Lead Generation for their respective areas.
Manage product premium and pricing as per pricing guidelines.
Capability Building
Organizing training session for sales team of respective region on Speciality Product.
Preparing and providing standard sales pitch of Speciality Product to the sales team through Cost Benefit Analysis.
