Experience: Related experience in Managing chain of schools, Principal with 10-15 years experience, preferably CBSE.

-Master training to Principals and Teachers.

-SQUAAF / Compliance of Schools to CBSE and Brand.

-Monitoring of Teachers and Principals.

-Promote Brand Guidelines against execution.

-Lead a team of Cluster School Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for Curriculum execution as per brand guidelines.

-Responsible for Academic Health and wellbeing of all Schools in the Zones.

-Support the Affiliation process of CBSE schools.

-Support New schools to establish and have a great beginnings.

-Lead and guide the Cluster directors in execution of brand ideologies.

-Responsible for growth of schools via excellence in academics.

Scope of work:

-Travel and visit all the schools and promote their academic well-being as per brand guidelines.

-Prepare yearly, quarterly plans of academic execution of self and team.

-Coordinate with Business team to support revenue generation and enrolment growth of the schools.

-Have Management meetings of respective schools and formulate growth policies.
