JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsibility for sales - finding new opportunities and working with investors, architects and general contractors to find a satisfactory technical solution and closing these opportunities
- Responsibility for negotiating and closing contracts for projects according to the internal company policy
- Responsibility for overall technical and organizational management of projects from engineering to execution
- Communication with the production and R&D team in the Czech Republic
- Ensure to fulfil the defined goals for the year (turnover and profit)
- Design strategies and activities for the development of business in India glass partitions, movable walls and in the future also green buildings
- Preparation and execution of marketing plan for LIKO-S India in cooperation with the marketing team in the Czech Republic
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge and experience in sales of a construction business at least 3 years
- Bachelor degree - preferably civil engineering
- Preferably experience in the glass partitions/movable walls market or in other closely related industries (i.e. supply of construction/furniture products for office buildings)
- Fluent English to communicate with the management in the Czech Republic
- Ability to drive and grow business
- Understanding of business financials and P&L management
