Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the assigned Region along with driving the business through process driven system in order to attract potential new customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing the Channel & Project Sales along with focus on Brand specification among the major Architect firms
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning:
1.To Develop New Customers & Brand Specification among the Architects
2.To make the plan along with the Business Partners on monthly basis to achieve the targets
3.Set marketing goals and objectives.
2.Campaign Management:
1.To conduct events for the GCs, architects on a regular basis to strengthen the Business Relations
2.Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials.
3.Team Leadership:
1.To develop, train & Lead & maintain a strong relationship with new & Existing Business Partners & his team to ensure smooth business through system driven process.
2.Coordinate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company strategy.
4.Budget Management:
1.Develop and manage the marketing budget.
2.Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
3.Analyse financial data to ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.
5.Brand Management:
1.Maintain and enhance the company's brand image.
2.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
6.Product Marketing:
1.Develop marketing plans for new products and services.
2.Coordinate with the product development team to ensure successful launches.
7.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
1.Oversee CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
2.Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
*Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar role.
*Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
*Proficiency in marketing software and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
*Strong leadership and project management skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
*Experience in Building products, Architect, Construction industry.
*Knowledge of Business Development CRM.
*Proficiency in Hindi, English and local language.
