Job Description

  • We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated Regional Sales Manager for Plumbing products manufacturing company based in Mumbai.
  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing and supervising the sales team in different regions.
  • You are also responsible for setting sales targets for the sales team.
  • You should be evaluating the performance of Sales Managers.
  • To be successful in this job role, you should be achieving short- and long-term sales goals with strategic determination.
  • You should have exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage tasks in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities:
  • To achieve sales retail and project business targets of branches reporting under HO.
  • To achieve brand wise, location wise targets.
  • To travel / meet Franchisee, Dealers Sales teams to solve issues related to sales, services, logistics and collections.
  • To train and assess Sales and Service teams.
  • To appoint Franchisee, Dealers, Sales and Service teams at locations
  • To conduct review meets and present MIR.
  • To promote, push, close branches as per performance.
  • To design festive schemes, offers and boost sales.
  • To solve all kinds of day-to-day issues affecting business growth
Job Requirements:
  • Any Graduate with relevant background.
  • Required 10-15 years of experience in tiles, ceramic, sanitaryware, cement, etc.
  • Efficient in Google spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team Leader
  • Target achiever
  • Should be above 35 years of age.
  • Should be open to travel.
