Responsibilitie

• s:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Loan Officers and support staff to achieve sales targets and KPI
• s.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's secured loan portfolio and increase market shar
• e.Monitor team performance metrics, including loan origination volume, conversion rates, and portfolio qualit
• y.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to secured lending practice
• s.Collaborate with underwriters, risk management, and legal teams to streamline loan processing and mitigate credit ris
• k.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including borrowers, brokers, and business partner
• s.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments affecting secured lending product
• s.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives for team member
• s.Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customer
