As Talent Acquisition partners for Renold Chain India, we are looking for dynamic and skilled Deputy Manager/Manager to drive business growth by building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This role is vital for expanding Renold Chain India's Distributor base and by generating business orders from existing distributors & new distributors.

Roles & Responsibilities:
To understand the Health, Safety & Environment policy of the company and to follow the same without any deviation.
To Prospect, develop, and to generate orders from the existing & new customers and dealers for the assigned territories.
To prepare Market- Industry-Customer Matrix to exactly assess the current potential and base to build up business prospects for achieving a monthly order generation plan for the assigned region.
Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined Commercial terms in line with the Company's policies and ensuring the monthly order targets are met,
Developing New Markets/New product development/New applications
Establish a close working relationship with customers ensuring 100% Customer satisfaction.
Attend all customer complaints with immediate response and must generate reports as per the specific format and closely coordinate with Back office team for timely closure of complaints with proper settlement.
Obtaining regular feedback from the market on Competitor's activities and updating management of the same.
Co-ordinating with the Back office team, factory team, and Sales Field Team wherever required.
To have a structured review with Sales engineers on their performances, ensure that the Sales Engineers make proper visits to the Customers/Dealers and businesses are generated from their regions.
To ensure proper follow-up with the Customers/Dealers for timely payments and other documents such as Non- disclosure Agreements, Dealership Agreements, etc.
To prepare and submit the monthly MIS Reports on time.
RequirementsPositional Requirements - Functional:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering with a Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales domain wherein handling industrial transmission products such as Industrial Chains, consumables - Bearing, Gears, belts, cutting tools, Power transmission segment, etc.
Computer Literate in MS Office and exposure in any ERP environment is added advantage.
Fluency in English - Both Written & Verbal
Must have a strong appetite for extensive travelling.
