Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager in the UP location. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the Lucknow region, including developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Primary Sales
oIdentifying cities/districts suitable for appointment of a distributor.
oIdentifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
oCoordinate in completion of all formalities for distributor appointment & first order execution.
oMaintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability the business & act as a SPOC between Operations team & distributors for on-going accounts.
oEvaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
Secondary Sales
oImplementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets.
oMonitoring dealer(retailer) sales and marketing activities.
oProviding direction to Distributor's & ASM's to execute promotions/launches in sync with company's guidelines for respected areas.
oAdding OEM's & Architects to distributor's network.
Competition Analysis
oStay updated with activities such as new catalogue launches, pricing, sales promotion activities, secondary sales, market share of competing brands in the market.
oMonitor company's distributors activity & preferences in case of multi-brand distributors.
Administrative
oMonitoring inventory & credit control of depots in the zone.
oSuggesting & implementing various branding activities in the market.
oShare PNA reports, color change intimation & price change intimation to all distributors in the zone.
oStay updated with various company policies (Branding, Catalogues & POP items, Project Orders, Payment, Complains, Distributor Agreements & HR) and educate concerned users about them.
oFirst point of escalation for any operational issue between the company & the distributors.
oHandle all activities related to winding up of any distributor till the time of final accounts settlement.
oReporting Manager of all ASM's under the zone.
oCoordinate all joining & exit formalities of respective team members.
oAttending product complains as per company policy.
o Identify & prevent any misuse of catalogues & other promotional items.
