Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Trivitron Healthcare in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales territory, building and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and providing feedback to the management team. The Regional Sales Manager will also lead and mentor a sales team.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Experience in selling Respiratory & Critical care products is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant certification in sales or healthcare management would be beneficial.
