Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Pune. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets for the assigned region. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
