Job Title: Sales Officer - Derma and Skin Care Products- Company: Stemcelline Pvt Ltd
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at STEMCELLINE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the
derma and skin care industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing a successful team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets for derma and skin care products
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide input on product offerings and promotional activities
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical/ B.SC or M.Sc in Lifescience/ Biotechnology,
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the derma and skincare industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
