About the Role & Responsibilities
Description of Role
Experience of managing a team size of 2-3 people.
Achieve monthly sales performance objectives through effective sales presentations to customers and thorough product knowledge (including knowledge of competitive products)
Identify, Cover & Convert core customers to prescribing Company's Product
Monitor the stock levels with the Chemists & stockiest.
Maintain and consistently adhere to territory sales plans to maximize sales performance
Maintain consistent, routine communication with colleagues (phone, email, written) to consistently improve territory and sales performance
Maintain consistent adherence to high standards of professionalism and performance
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
Excellent work ethic and customer focused orientation
Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus and determination
Preferably working with MNC in cosmetic dermatology
Competency in KOL Management
Willingness to travel for at least 10 days in a month
