*Job Summary:*
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding sales operations within their designated region for a leading sweets manufacturing company. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the confectionery market, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering)
*Responsibilities:*
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share within the region.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
3. Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies tailored to regional markets.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share, and provide regular reports to senior management.
7. Provide training and support to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
8.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and build strategic partnerships.
9.Continuously strive to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction levels.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales management in the confectionery or related FMCG industry or HoReCa with at least 5 years of experience.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
6. Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales performance and achieving targets.
7. Ability to travel extensively within the region as required.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
