Job Description

We are on the lookout for ambitious and dynamic Regional Sales Managers in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore, to spearhead strategic initiatives and propel revenue growth in the API and intermediates sector. This exciting role will allow you to build new business, exceed sales targets, and lead a high-performing regional sales team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify untapped opportunities and secure new business relationships in the API and intermediates space, expanding market presence.
  • Manage self-P&L and execute strategic business plans for revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through proactive account management.
  • Build a motivated and high-performing sales team that excels in achieving sales goals and drives growth for the company
  • Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to meet collective goals.
  • Analyze market trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the API/intermediates industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire success in others.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate, influence, and present to clients at all levels.
