Responsibilities
- Identify untapped opportunities and secure new business relationships in the API and intermediates space, expanding market presence.
- Manage self-P&L and execute strategic business plans for revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through proactive account management.
- Build a motivated and high-performing sales team that excels in achieving sales goals and drives growth for the company
- Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to meet collective goals.
- Analyze market trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the API/intermediates industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire success in others.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate, influence, and present to clients at all levels.
