About the Client:
We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a leading IT infrastructure solutions provider. They specialize in offering comprehensive solutions across Storage & Server, Data Protection, Virtualization, OpenStack/Shift solutions, with added expertise in security products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of IT infrastructure solutions including Storage, Server, Data Protection, and Virtualization, with additional knowledge of security products as an advantage.
- Manage sales operations in the Bangalore or Chennai region, focusing on Mid Markets, Mid Enterprises, and Enterprise Customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers across the BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and Pharma sectors.
- Effectively manage and grow client accounts through Client Relationship Management, ensuring long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through the successful execution of solution-based selling approaches.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 8-10 years of sales experience in IT infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Storage & Server, Data Protection, and Virtualization.
- Strong understanding of OpenStack/Shift solutions, with knowledge of security products considered a plus.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts, particularly in BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and Pharma sectors.
- Ability to access and build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or an MBA in Sales is preferred.
