WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A REGULAR BASIS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
- IT and ERP solutions sales in Private schools in the region
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Building Collaboration and Alliances
- Building Referral programs with influential companies
- Building a strong network of key stakeholders in the region at Government/ Banking/ Large e-commerce companies/ Educational Institutions etc
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)
- Overall experience of minimum 12+ years in software solution selling.
- Experience in selling and managing E-Governance, and IT solution sales will be highly preferable.
- B2B Sales
- Engineer/MBA/BCom/Btech
- Experience in creating and managing channel sales.
- Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.
- Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.
- Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Language preference English, Hindi, and one local language.
