The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of surgical and pharmaceutical gloves. This role requires excellent customer service skills, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to strategically manage high-value accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management processes using CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
