Revenue
- Own the new customer acquistion and revenue targets from existing and new
accounts
- Manage the Market capture strategy for the region
- Plan the annual targets for the region and track performance v/s actuals
Team Management
- Actively responsible for hiring and onboarding a new member
- Ensure ongoing training of the team
- Own the performance of the team; give continuous and constant insights and
feedback to see improvement.
- Accompany the team in customer meetings based on the need
- Track key metrics and listen into calls for giving feedback
- Ensure SOPs and frameworks are followed as per the Sales Playbook
Customer Relationship Management
- Meet and maintain high touch base relations with key stakeholders across all
accounts
- Drive customer onboarding experience
- Drive the account reviews as per determined frequencies and ensure review
outcomes are owned and completed
Marketing assisted activities
- Represent the company in events and own the followup actions coming out of
various lead gen actions
- Lead the referrals program for existing accounts of the region
- Lead the case studies and testimonials from accounts
Data Maintenance, review and Reporting
- Manage the daily, weekly and monthly data and reports to ensure accuracy and
timeliness
- Analyze the data to decide if corrective actions need to be taken
Education:
- Masters degree in Sales, Marketing or General MBA. Min 8 years of b2b sales experience with minimum 5 years of selling experience to senior stakeholders in large enterprises (Top 1000 companies of India)
- Experience of managing a b2b sales team for 3 -5 years
- Past experience of working in HRTech, Consulting, Enterprise Software Solution
- Providers, B2B SaaS or gifting / printing company where customer segment was Indias Top 1000 companies.
