  • To create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • To report on zonal sales results.
  • To analyze zonal market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • To report on zonal sales results.
  • To develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • To conduct market research to understand competitors market trends.
  • To provide innovative ideas suggestions to improve market presence.
  • To report coordinate with Management to enhance revenue sales performance.
  • To maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • To train monitor performances of team members lead them to achieve their individual sales targets.
  • To build a sales culture sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • To develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
  • To perform any other task time to time assigned by Reporting Head/Head Operations/Directors.
