About The Role

The job would entail establishing and maintaining relations with doctors and distributors along with promoting products, expanding and maintaining business.

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating sales activities and strategies in a given area, while focusing on increasing market share, sales and profit.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.

They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Lead Area wise sales team members to achieve sales targets.

Establish productive and professional relationships with keypersonnel in assigned customer accounts.

Negotiate and close agreements with Corporate Hospitals.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales teammembers are on board.

Candidate Requirements

6+ Year in Medical Field (Hospital Sales/Critical Care/ Respiratory/Surgical Consumables/Dealer-DistributorManagement)

Bachelors Degree/BSc in Sales or other equivalent degree MBA, Business Administration or similar relevant field.

In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team.

Excellent Verbal And Written Communications Skills, Fluency In English.

Applicable experience of sales performance metrics.

Oustanding Communication,presentation And Leadership Skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Customer Oriented With Strong Negotiation Skills.

Analytical and data driven problem solver.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 650,000.00 - 900,000.00 per year
