  • Profile- Regional Sales Manager
  • Experience- 5+years
  • Ctc- upto 10lpa
  • Working Days- 6 days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
  • Location- Goregaon East, Mumbai
  • Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager - Modern Trade is responsible for managing and driving sales through modern trade channels within a designated region. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the modern trade landscape.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and sales initiatives in the region.

  • Account Management:
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and modern trade partners to drive sales growth.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to enhance the team's skills and performance.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

    • Sales Operations:
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts.

    o Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability in modern trade channels.

    o Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

    • Market Expansion:

      o Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.

      o Expand the distribution network and increase market share in the modern trade segment.

      o Implement strategies to penetrate new markets and regions.

    • Compliance and Reporting:

      o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

      o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
