Urgent hiring for Regional Sales Manager
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for OTC products in the region.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retail pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities.
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Ensure efficient distribution and availability of products in the region.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
