Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in North India.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and promoting our products.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional strategies.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives in the region.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Develop distributor and post sales service network.

The Successful Applicant

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management abilities
  • Experience in providing training
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and trends
  • Knowledge of Aerial Working Platforms or related industry experience is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
