- Must be from the Garment Industry and excellent knowledge about Textile Industry.
- Should have experience into entire domain of sales in textile industry.
- Should have proven expertise into managing company business.
- Should have good hold on the given territory and excellent connect with business partners.
- Should have strong grip on home furnishing / Garment Market.
- Should have strong expertise managing Primary & Secondary Sales.
- Excellent Team Management Skills.
- Should have hands-on experience into Dealer/Distributor appointment.
- Should have proven expertise in achieving sales target.
- Should be good at all technical aspects of Fabric Quality.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the basics like fabrics, trims, etc.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills are essential.
Desired Candidates Profile :-
- Required atleast 10-12 years of Sales Experience.
- Should be Graduate/MBA in terms of education.
- Able to handle 6-8 team members.
- Required good communication skills.
- Able to travel across the assigned territory i.e. North India
