Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Neptune Automatic Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated region.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities
  • Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of Perimeter Automation and Parking Management solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
