Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at MoneyTree Realty in Noida. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales professionals.

• Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
