Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at KOANAFLEX - PIPES | TANKS | FITTINGS in Lucknow. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

You will be required to set up a sales team for the Eastern and Central UP region and create Distributors for the same with a long term business vision.

You will be able to drive the vision of the company with your execution skills and operate with absolute autonomy on a daily basis.

You will also be in charge of the inputs to be given for marketing efforts in the region.

• Business Development and Market Analysis skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to travel within the region
• Prior experience in sales management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
